We have 25 rooms reserved in a block for our show at a reduced price. We ask that if you intend to come, please make your room reservations as soon as possible.

Queen Room
Includes: 2 queen beds, small refrigerator, microwave, iron/board, hairdryers, and high speed data port access. These rooms have a large bathroom and a second sink in the room itself. There is quit a bit of open floor space in these rooms. These rooms are in a newer wing of the hotel.

Price, including taxes, is $68.76 a night.

Check-in is 3:00 PM, early check in can be requested. Check-out is Noon. There is a secure place to store your things if need be.

A little bit about the hotel. There are two buildings. The first building is a tower type, which is where the main desk is located. Also, this is where the continental breakfast is served.

The second building is a couple of hundred feet away. This is where the show events will be conducted and where our block of 25 rooms is located. This building is three stories and has an elevator. The show will take place on the lower level. The building is equipped with a small pool, as does the tower building. There is a small work out facility in the tower building.

The hotel has a van shuttle for airport service, about a ten minute ride. It is also available to shuttle people to restaurants in the immediate area.

You can't book this online, but the toll free number is above. The hotel reserved room rate is good for September 30^th through October 4^th. All rooms need to be booked by September 1^st, 2010 to get the reduced rate. Be sure to ask for the Hedgehog Show Block.

Flying in to Mitchell Field in Milwaukee

We've got a small airport here. Three wings empty in to a central hub. Take the escalator down to baggage claim. The pickup spots are outside of the baggage claim area.

To use the Hospitality Inn free shuttle: call either 800-825-8466 or 414-282-8800, once you've touched down. The hotel mini van picks you up outside of Area 4 (the doors are marked).

There is also a taxi cab stand outside of the baggage claim area.

Driving Instructions

Driving in from the West
You'll be traveling on I-94 eastbound. Take the 894 South exit (will be a right lane ramp - will also see a sign for Chicago). (894 has a second name, Highway 45, you may see 45 signs as well). You'll be heading south. About 3-4 miles 894 will swing to the left (the 2 left lanes will make this swing - - stay in the "right" left lane, not the "left" left lane). You'll now be heading east. Exit at 27th Street (right ramp). At the top of the ramp turn left, cross over the freeway, our hotel is immediately on the right (The Hospitality Inn is at 4400 S. 27th Street, Milwaukee WI 53221, 414-282-8800).

Driving in from the North
You'll be traveling on Highway 45 southbound. You'll stay on 45 (i.e., you'll just keep going straight) - - it will merge with 894 at one point. About 3-4 miles 894 will swing to the left (the 2 left lanes will make this swing - - stay in the "right" left lane, not the "left" left lane). You'll now be heading east. Exit at 27th Street. At the top of the ramp turn left, cross over the freeway, our hotel is immediately on the right (The Hospitality Inn is at 4400 S. 27th Street, Milwaukee WI 53221, 414-282-8800).

Driving in from the South
You’ll be traveling on I-94 northbound. Take 894 west exit (will be a left lane exit, actually the two most left lanes swing this way, stay in the "right" left lane, not the "left" left lane). (894 here as a second name, Highway 43, you may see 43 signs as well).
You'll have to deal with some merging traffic, you need to get over to the right immediately - - 27 Street is the first exit, only 1/2 mile after merge. At the top of the ramp turn right, our hotel is right there. (The Hospitality Inn is at 4400 S. 27th Street, Milwaukee WI 53221, 414-282-8800).

Driving in from the Southwest
Iowa folks, you probably will be on Highway 43 northbound, keep on this; it will merge with 894 and swing east. Exit at 27th Street.
